Alliance Française of Reno organizes this introduction or Improvement class at the Lake Tahoe Cross-Country ski center. There are more than 40 miles of XC trails at the Tahoe City Cross Country Center.

THE TAHOE NORDIC CENTER IS EXTENDING A SPECIAL INVITATION TO OUR MEMBERS WHO WILL SIGN-UP FOR THIS INTRODUCTION TO CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING (XC) to their Special Passholder Brunch: Grilled Bratwurst with Sauerkraut, Chips and a Drink! $15 Suggested Donation Only!
Sunday, April 22nd, 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30 pm, not including the Brunch.
Alliance Française of Reno is organizing this introductory class at the Lake Tahoe Cross-Country ski center (weather and snow conditions permitting).
Enjoy a beautiful terrain with more than 40 miles of XC trails.
A confirmed Cross Country Skier will instruct participants to the fun sport of Cross-Country skiing, also something referred to as "Nordic skiing".
The total cost $36, and includes equipment rental (ski, boots and poles), access to the XC trails and the instructions.
BYOB Beverages and a picnic lunch if you will not be staying for the Brunch, as well as layers of warm clothes.
You will need to complete and sign this waiver (click here).
Lessons will be in either French or English.
