About the event
Inspired by the success of April's Walk for Peace (Bougez pour la Paix), the Alliance Française de Reno is organizing a series of casual walks (Randonnée) for all ages and fitness levels. These hikes will take place in our beautiful surrounding areas, promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering community spirit.
Let’s enjoy this 6 mile out and back trail, with 1,000 ft elevation gain. We’ll meet at the Thomas Creek Trailhead parking. (A 15 minute drive from 'Best Buy' S. Virginia!
The hike takes an average of two and half hours (stops not included) to complete.

Time: 10:00 am to approximately 2:00 pm, including time for a BYO (Bring Your Own) picnic lunch AND beverages.
Note: During the Walk, we can converse in either French or English.
