In this exclusive hands-on demo, you'll learn to create one of French Traditional Specialties - La Galette des Rois!
Le 6 janvier, on célèbre la visite des Rois Mages auprès de Jésus. Depuis le Moyen Âge, on cache une fève dans la galette 👑 Celui ou celle qui la trouve devient roi ou reine pour la journée.
Composition classique : pâte feuilletée + crème d’amandes(frangipane ou crème d’amandes pure selon la recette),avec aussi des variantes : pommes, chocolat, etc.
