The physical copies of Victoire, les Saveurs et les Mots have finally arrived! We will discuss this book in September and October. You can purchase one of the 5 copies available here, or if you prefer the Kindle edition or a used copy, Amazon has them here.

For our August 23rd  session, please choose a short piece to share with the group (e.g., a poem, children's book, or short story). When you present it, please share:

This is for the next session once we confirm the books have arrived:

For this session, we will discuss (en Français) "Victoire, les saveurs et les mots" by Maryse Condé. This is an about 300-page book, so we will split it between August and September.

For those who prefer getting a copy through the Alliance Française, we have ordered 6 copies (up to 5 of which will be available for purchase) and we should receive them late next week or maybe the following one.

To account for the delayed arrival of the physical copies, our August meeting is rescheduled to Sunday 8/23, 3-4 pm, at Kiln (2195 S Virginia St, Reno).

Our September meeting will be held on Sunday 9/13, same time and location.
