Same French spirit—now with more altitude.

This isn’t just a name change—it’s the result of growing interest and enthusiasm from the Lake Tahoe community.

From Incline Village to South Shore, your support has inspired us to take the leap.

Merci to Valerie Brown, who first asked: “Are you planning on doing events in Truckee?” 

That question sparked a whole new chapter in our lives.
